What delivery costs

Nothing.

There is no delivery charge on any order, in any of the thirteen countries, and no minimum spend to reach first. The price on an item's page is the whole of what you pay: no line is added at the end of the order, and none on the doorstep.

The route of a parcel

   You send the order

   The thank-you page is the confirmation. No email is sent before the call, and nothing is charged.

   We ring you

   Within about a working day. We go through the product, the address and the exact amount the courier will collect. If we cannot reach you at all, the order is not packed.

3. 3

   We hand it over

   1 to 2 working days after the call, the parcel goes to the courier or postal operator that covers your country.

4. 4

   It travels

   3 to 7 working days on the road, depending on the country. You pay the courier in cash and the parcel is yours.

These are the times the routes normally run, not promises of a date. A parcel that has not arrived 10 working days after the call counts as late: tell us at team@larkdepot.com.

Countries, languages and money

In Poland, Czechia, Hungary and Romania the courier collects the equivalent in local currency, and the country page shows that figure. Everywhere else the amount is in euro.

Tracking

The tracking details come from us: on the call that confirms your order, or whenever you ask by email. It is the courier's own page that shows the journey. Some routes have no tracking for consumers; on those you are told the dispatch date instead.

At the door

Look at the parcel before you pay: the outside of the box, the tape, whether the weight feels right. You may refuse a parcel that is plainly damaged, and a refused parcel costs you nothing. Have the exact amount ready, because drivers carry little change.

Before the handover you can change the address or call the order off, on the confirmation call or by email the same day. After the handover, a delivered item can still go back under the right of withdrawal.

Customs and import charges

All thirteen countries are inside the European Union, so no customs charge is added when the parcel arrives. Should a destination ever need one, it would be set by that country and payable by the person who receives the parcel; it is not part of our prices.
